i vaguely recall hearing that it wasn’t (servers just need to wear gloves if prepping food ie cutting lemons) but my boss is claiming that it is. i couldn’t find anything on any website that says either way. any help would be great.

i’m 15 years old and i’ve been biting my nails since i was 9 years old. its a really bad habit and i’m realizing that it’s not easy to get rid of. i’ve tried countless times to stop but its all been failure. i’ve decided to get fake nails because a lot of people have told me that fake nails helped them stop biting.
my issue now is whether to get gel nails or acrylic nails. at first i wanted gel cause i heard they’re nicer. but now i want which ever are better for my nail biting problem. if you all could please help me decide which nails i should get it would be much appreciated.

But to answer your original question you are going to want Acrylic. They are much harder then Gels.
The only upside to Gel nails, is that they look better.

My nails are pretty long ,
but as they start getting longer ,
they tend to create layers at the end surface and chip off .
what should i do to prevent this ?
also i recently joined bball , so i cut them off .
season’s ending soon , so i’d like to grow them back.
what is a way to make my short nails grow back quickly ?

I’m going shopping soon, and desperately in need of nail polish. At the mo, i only have mostly red colours and pale pink. What are your fave colours to wear/whats in at the moment?? I normally shop at boots or superdrug Also, what do you think of dark nail polish? (i.e black or grey)
I love OPI that have the best colors. However, they are not cheap. It’s like $8 per bottle. They have a Russian collection that has some really hot colors…dark colors…I have this funky grey that looks so nice on my nails.
The nail polish has awesome names like Gilbert the Grape, Curry Up Don’t be late…Eiffel for the Color.

ohh and how long do you think it will last ..because todays Saturday and next Friday is this huge party..i was thinking of doing it mabe Wednesday?
its between 20-30 where i live which is Ky.They need filled in every 2 weeks, so have them done around Wednesday.That way you will have time to get used to them but they won’t need to be filled in yet.Have fun at your party.
