I don’t bite my nails but I admit I did in the past and I use nail growth stuff as a basecoat. So I just want to know some tips on how to make my nails grow faster.

Beauty products don’t make nails grow.

You really are what you eat. If you’re eating all the healthy foods from Mother Nature – not made by man or woman or supplements from GNC, your hair, nails, teeth, and the rest of your body will benefit too. You get all your vitamins & minerals from your diet.

Same foods you eat for healthy hair, nails & body.
                  Folic Acid – asparagus, beets, broccoli, avocados, Brussels sprouts, beans, chickpeas, soybeans, lentils, oranges, fresh peas, turkey and spinach.
·                     Biotin – cauliflower, liver, salmon, carrots, bananas, cereals, yeast, and soy flour. Keep in mind that biotin content is reduced when food is cooked or preserved.
·                     Vitamin B12 – foods rich in vitamin B12 include animal protein (such as beef, lamb, and veal), clams and oysters, liver, fish, milk, and egg yolks.
·                     Vitamin A – butter, egg yolks, fish, fortified milk, organ meats (such as
liver), and dark green, orange, red (pomegranate), and yellow fruits (persimmons, mangoes) and vegetables, which all
contain beta-carotene.
. Copper – oysters and other shellfish, whole grains, beans, nuts, potatoes and organ meats are good sources of copper. Dark leafy greens, dried fruits such
as prunes, cocoa, black pepper, and yeast are also sources of copper in the diet.
•  Zinc – beef, eggs, liver, pork, poultry, and oysters. Also is also abundant in other high-protein foods, like cheese, legumes and nuts.

I wear contacts and I have always liked to keep my nails nice and long and polished and stuff. But I find that if I have my nails long or wear fake nails that it is hard to take out my lenses. Is there a way to take out contacts while still keeping long nails but not hurt myself at the same time?

There are little suction cups that can be used, BUT be absolutely sure that the contact is centered on the cornea!!! If it’s not you can get a severe abrasion

I’ve just finished doing a french manicure on my nails …and I was wondering if anyone had any fun ideas/designs to put on top to make it look more different and stand out?

Try using these (link below) for designs and tips. They last for 2 or more weeks on your fingers and 6 or more weeks on your toes, they don’t chip like polish and you don’t have to use yucky glues! You get up yo 4 or 6 uses out of a sheet depending on how long your nails are and they come in like 160 designs. They’re really cool! I use them myself and LOVE them!
